Senior Sitecore Developer - 6-month FTC

Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

• Working on the end to end solutions with across a broad range of frameworks.
• Working on support tickets and issue resolution within the scoped timeframes
• Implementing short-term and long term based solutions to problems that occur.
• Analysing frequently occurring issues related to application and performance issues for supported applications/systems and/or database.
• Coding: Maintaining code. Applying structured programming techniques, adhering and strengthening coding standards.
• Testing: Independently setting up, and conducting local and server testing.
• Documentation: Document support issues and solutions.
• Perform other related development duties and participation in special projects as assigned.
• Working with the Project Managers to estimate scope and project issue remediations.
• Work with the Quality Assurance to strengthen quality assurance practice.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience of front-end development and the delivery of digital projects
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript and JavaScript libraries, AJAX, JSON, build tools and responsive development
• Experience with Frontend libraries such as Vue, React, NextJs, webpack and NodeJS etc
• Grow Sitecore and other CMS Experience and practice
• Experience in common data retrieval and storage patterns and principals eg application data integration layer
• Experience in data modelling and common data storage systems including flat files, sql database systems and no sql database systems

Technical Skills and Experience

• Experience developing Microsoft solutions utilizing ASP .NET, C#, SQL Server, Windows Server, HTML, and JavaScript. Excellent HTML, CSS/SASS, atomic css and Vanilla JavaScript skills
• Experience with end-to-end enterprise .Net implementations and deployments
• Experience with a modern version control system such as Bitbucket or Azure DevOps
• Experience in common data retrieval and storage patterns and principals eg application data integration layer
• Experience in data modelling and common data storage systems including flat files, sql database systems and no sql database systems
• Good understanding of usability, accessibility and cross browser compatibility issues
• Experience working in both an Agile or Waterfall delivery process
• Availability for occasional travel based on client and project needs.
• Experience with Frontend libraries such as Vue, React, NextJs, webpack and NodeJS etc
• Sitecore, other CMS experience
