We are working with an iconic Australian brand to find a Lead Experience / Services Designer to join their team focusing on the customer experience.

LOCATION: Sydney  * 3 days onsite

RATE: Heavily dependant upon experience, range $900pd – $1100 + Super

This role provides a great opportunity to work on consumer-facing products & and services that will be seen by some of the highest user groups in Australia (& and beyond).

Initial 6-month contract (View to extend to 12 )

We are ideally looking for candidates with:

  • 7+ years experience in UX design/service design space
  • Comfortable leading defining personas, user journeys, wire-framing, information architecture, user testing and reporting
  • Manage the design and delivery of service design artefacts and communication of current and future state journey maps, service blueprints and personas ensuring a holistic approach to end-to-end service design
  • Experience designing for accessibility (to WCAG standards)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, solve problems and meet deadlines
  • Organised, focused and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
