• Planning all outbound marketing campaigns, including formulating & prioritising campaign strategies and completing all key sign-off documentation (incl. campaign briefs and business cases).
• Co-ordinating all sales resources and supporting processes, including appropriate internal/external comms and campaign related training.
• Managing the execution of all campaigns, primarily with outbound focus, including new product launches. Trouble-shooting effectively to ensure campaigns meet set objectives.
• Create accurate and timely reporting for all campaigns to track lead volumes, lead activity, conversion rates and sales $ outcomes (measured against agreed campaign targets/KPIs).
• Coordinating all campaign related functions across all relevant stakeholder departments, in particular Sales, CS and IT.

- Tertiary educated & experience qualified (min 5 years) in Public Relations / Communications.
- Deep understanding of the national media market with established networks.
- Media coaching & public speaking experience.
- Creative writing ability & working knowledge of media communications formats & guidelines
- Experience & ability in building & managing teams to achieve a common goal
- Working knowledge & understanding of youth culture, music, art & fashion industries
- Strong understanding & history dealing with youth related marketing
