If you know someone who's a fit for the types of roles we place, tell us about them. If your referral gets placed, you could earn over $1,000 in their first six months! A win-win, right?

Talent Referral Details

Temporary Roles

  • The first week your talent referral gets paid, you'll earn $100.
  • You'll also earn a point (1 point = $1) for every hour worked for the first 6 months, with an automatic payout every 200 points! That's a potential earning of over $1000 in the first 6 months!
  • If your talent referral converts from a temporary to permanent role, you'll earn another $200!

Permanent Roles

  • $400 for a talent referral hired in a permanent role after they pass their 3 month probation period with their new employer.

Talent Referral Eligibility

  • Anyone is eligible to submit talent referrals, including working talent, former talent, job applicants, and networking contacts.
  • Referrals are submitted through MyAquent Talent. If you have an account, log in here. If you don't have a MyAquent account, contact us and we'll get you set up quick smart.
  • Talent referrals must not have worked for Aquent in the 12 months prior to referral or been referred in the 24 months prior.
  • Our clients are excluded from cash awards due to potential conflicts of interest.

Job Referral Details

Temporary Roles

  • The first week a timecard is processed for your job referral, you'll receive $300.
  • You'll also earn a point (1 point = $1) for every hour worked for the first 6 months, with an automatic payout every 200 points!
  • If the job converts from a temporary to permanent role, you'll earn another $200!

Permanent Roles

  • Earn $500 for a job referral that leads to a talent placement in a permanent role.

Job Referral Eligibility

  • Job referrals must be for new roles that Aquent is not already working on and cannot be assignment extensions or recalls of past talent.
  • Our clients are excluded from cash awards due to potential conflicts of interest.

The not-so-fine print.

  • All referrals must be submitted through MyAquent Talent before the first timecard is approved in order to qualify.
  • Keep track of your Referral History, Points, and Program Details through MyAquent.
  • Referrers are eligible for a cash payout of $200 for every 200 points accumulated during the first six months of a temporary assignment. Aquent does not provide partial payouts for points under 200.
  • If you are employed by Aquent in the current calendar year, you will be paid in the normal payroll cycle. If you are not currently employed by Aquent, we will reach out to you to gather relevant details to process your payment.

Aquent reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke this plan at any time at its sole discretion. Aquent management reserves the right of final approval on valid referrals.
