Hello there, I'm Chloe Bowditch, a Talent Agent at Aquent specialising in Marketing, Communications, Content and Analytics across freelance, contract and permanent roles.
In a world that can often feel distant and impersonal, I focus on bringing a human-centric approach to everything I do.
I began my journey in the world of recruitment working in the fast-paced London market, helping individuals across a range of industries land roles they loved.
Since then, I have placed entry-level candidates all the way up to senior/exec level, and each one somehow always feels more exciting than the last.
One thing was for certain the minute I started doing this work—I didn't want to do anything else. In my opinion, there's nothing better than choosing a career that consistently teaches you about yourself and the world around you, and that's exactly what I continue to find within this work.
On a personal note, I'm a sucker for a good documentary (of any kind), delicious meals that make me feel grateful for being alive and going on adventures—whether it be on a weekend away or overseas.
