I have a fab opportunity for a CX Designer to join the team of an ideas incubator based in Richmond.
It would suit an intermediate to senior level candidate; someone who is very comfortable working directly with their clients and able to self-manage.
The role will be for an initial 6 weeks, from Monday 12th November until just before Christmas, whereupon there is definitely possibility of extension (if it's a good fit, they'd love to keep someone on for longer as they have plenty of upcoming projects in the New Year).
You must be very strong in the following:
Behavioural Segmentation & Personas
Dividing their audience into groups based on life knowledge, motivations, attitudes and responses to products and services. For each group, developing a persona. Using these personas as hypothetical actors to test their ideas as they develop and vet effective CX design strategies.
Empathy & Journey Maps
Looking deep into the emotional, influential, and less obvious aspects of people’s experiences engaging with the product. Using these maps, identifying pain points and real moments that matter. Adding storylines, actors, touch points and big moments to reveal when, how and where the biggest opportunities lie.
Information Architecture & Interaction Design
Simple, clearly defined goals, a strong purpose and intuitive feel to the user interface. Exploring how users expect to find information and complete tasks using the most up to date technologies including voice activation and location-based systems. Investigating how to best categorise and structure information, labelling systems, navigation and search - as well as building accessibility into the system.
