My client is a fantastic boutique PR agency, within a Global network. They now have an amazing new role for a Senior Account Manager, working across their financial, corporate and consumer tech brands.
You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in the public relations industry and will be expected to work on a portfolio of clients. In addition to being a client leader, you will provide on-the-job training for junior team members through ongoing counsel and effective delegation. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will play the role of team representative to both clients and senior management and will be ultimately responsible for delivering quality client programs on time and within budget. You will also play an active role in new business development with a key focus on growing existing accounts.
The purpose of this role is for the Senior Account Manager to transition from a team member to team leader. This role will see you add value by identifying opportunities and finding solutions to maintain and grow a portfolio of clients and coaching and training team members to execute successful client programs.
