Our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to work within the online banking Team:
- Have strong customer testing experience
- Have an understanding of general banker problems, workflows and opportunities with Banker systems (eg: Siebel)
- Must have had past experience working within a large corporate institution (Eg: Telstra)
- Illustrate being able to deal with and quickly interpret, plus understand complex situations and systems.
- Must be able to simplify multiple products, streams, user groups and stakeholders.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, able to adapt and take initiative.
The Senior UX Designer is required to provide concepts, conduct user testing, map out customer flows and guide the business on the best experience possible for the customer.
They will design conceptual wireframes and prototypes, through lo/mid fidelity designs that drive the experience for the Customer.
