The Employer

Working in a progressive environment, they are looking to bring on a Marketing Operations professional where you will be leading marketing operational support across teams. You will partner with key suppliers to optimise relationships, including workflow planning, cost management and operational support.

Responsibilities

• You’re able to manage best practise channel execution, ensuring teams are aware adhering channel guidelines.
• You will have the ability to support the enablement of data-driven marketing, by driving awareness around data insights and reporting.
• With strong communication skills, you will have to articulate initiative plans with the impacts it customer/commercial outcomes.
• Day-to-day you will empower the team through agile practice and build strong relationships with internal/external clients.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage day to day operations of a marketing team with a strong focus on CRM processes.
• Experienced in campaign or channel management
• Demonstrated the ability to drive a culture of fact based and data driven decision making.
• Financial services background would be very highly regarded
• Understanding of Enterprise level software (Adobe Experience Manager / Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
