The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for the supervision of account work performed by more junior staff. You will demonstrate the ability to manage up as well as manage across with peers and mentor account team members. You will demonstrate sound working knowledge of integrated practices and products and have a clear understanding of communication marketing.
You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with a variety of account service staff within a specific set of accounts. You will need to perform well under pressure. The immediate mission of this role is to gain the enhanced skills, business thinking and leadership capabilities to move to AD level in due course and be an integrated practitioner who is rooted in, but not anchored solely to, earned media.
You will need to be a team-oriented, adaptable, highly organised, capability driven practitioner who ensures quality delivery against client missions.
