Fantastic opportunity for a Google Ad specialist who is passionate about marketing and most importantly seeing results. You will be joining a close-knit friendly and engaging team, located in the Sydney CBD close to transport. The agency offer flexible working, with Mondays WFH for all, whilst bringing the team together for the rest of the week to maximise collaboration and creativity across the board. 

  • About You

  • ●  3-5 years’ agency experience in a similar role

  • ●  Experience in managing large ad spends

  • ●  Experience in managing multiple Google Ad accounts

  • ●  Advanced knowledge of digital marketing technologies including tag  management, Google Ads and Google Analytics.

  • ●  Keyword research knowledge

  • ●  Strong copywriting skills and acute attention to detail

  • ●  Ability to work in a team & autonomously

  • ●  Google Ads certification would be advantageous

  • ●  You will be able to run and execute on the marketing strategies in a  hands-on capacity

  • ●  Excellent organisation and time management skills
     

    Responsibilities

  • ●  Setup, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Adwords and YouTube (search, display, shopping, and video)

  • ●  Manage multiple Google Ads accounts and Google Merchant Centre accounts

  • ●  Manage and optimise multiple Shopping Feeds

  • ●  Write effective direct response ad copy that sells

  • ●  Analyse analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion  rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to meet and exceed ROAS targets

  • ●  Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

  • ●  Plan, create and implement Paid Search campaigns with appropriate audience targeting

  • ●  Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for  corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation

  • ●  Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Google Ads
