Aquent is working with a software scale-up with huge backing and a rapidly growing team, who are looking to add a UX/UI Design resource on a permanent basis.
The UX/UI Designer will play a leading role in designing digital experiences across both their products and their website. Working closely with teams across the business, you will champion the customer and design user experiences and interfaces across digital acquisition journeys as well as key product features. Using insightful data you will make design decisions that delight customers and partners, while helping the business reach its strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you'll be responsible for creating simple, intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across customer touchpoints. You will drive user-centric design and research, and will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into best practice sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. You will also be responsible for website interface design, working closely with the engineering team.
The business has adopted a hybrid working model where a mix of onsite and remote work is available and encouraged. They are also open to hiring on a part-time basis for those who do not have full-time availability.
