Want to work with an entrepreneurial PR agency, with global offices, services some very well-known tech clients within the innovation space? It is particularly notable that during the past year, they have remained very strong as a business and made recent senior hires. The agency is still going through a brilliant period of growth, and as such are looking for a solid SAM to join the team.

The Role:

As a SAM, you will be the ‘go to’ person when managing clients’ business. You will flourish in this role if you are determined and entrepreneurial with the view to looking for lateral solutions to any business issues that do arise. The role requires you to regularly interact with senior stakeholders. Although you will be working with tech clients, sectors you will be working in include B2B, finance, corporate and consumer.  

Requirements

  • 6 years’ experience in PR and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Well-connected in the industry and have great working relationships with stakeholders such as analysts and media.
  • PR skills – delivering PR and social media plans and strategies with an outline of deadlines, analysing media coverage and providing counsel and assisting in media training and spokesperson briefings and developing messaging documents.
  • Program lead and accountability – including key point of contact on all accounts you manage, leading/supervising projects, managing the team and defining clear roles and responsibilities for each team member.
  • Internal connectivity – updating your Director on the latest team and client updates, stay connected with the team to map requirements and skill sets, maximise the use of resources and talent and share new knowledge and skills.
  • Influencer relations – having a detail understanding of the local media landscape and facilitating internal introductions.
  • New business support – work with the Director to work on proposals for new opportunities, looking out for new business opportunities and being involved in closing deals.
