As the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end digital campaign process of the marketing automation platform and focus on the ongoing development and optimisation of the member lifecycle strategy, utilising digital channels, and post campaign reporting to support and drive the member acquisition and retention objectives.



In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy to build engagement, SOW and retention objectives for existing members
  • Create and optimise marketing programs across member lifecycle including cross-sell, utilisation, retention, winback with a strong focus on automation and personalisation
  • Build and execute campaigns to increase engagement and improve member experience
  • Partner with the Data Driven Growth team to optimise 1:1 communication through all channels
  • Create and manage campaign performance, analysis and develop insights to maximise effectiveness of future campaigns


We are seeking:

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills with demonstrated experience in content development for digital and direct channels
  • Demonstrated experience executing customer lifecycle activities including direct and content marketing, 1:1 automated event and trigger-based programs, with the ability to impact customer value
  • Experience in designing and managing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation technology
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management, including developing strategy, briefing creative and media processes
  • In depth knowledge of the digital customer journeys, performance metrics, channels, audience building and best practice guidelines
  • Ability to influence with excellent stakeholder relationship management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign projects with simultaneous tasks and deadlines

Highly desirable:

  • Degree qualified in business or marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marekto preferred)
  • Extensive hands-on experience (3+ years) in a similar role
  • Financial services experience preferably in a banking environment
  • Experience developing lifecycle programs, expertise in segmentation, automation strategy and working across all digital channels
