SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

This agile agency group has changed dramatically over the last 12-18 months, currently hiring for a multitude of positions they are going from strength to strength.Subject experts, they harness data, customer insights and partner with businesses as their transformation consultant, from building apps, bespoke websites to AI and everything in between.

On the look out for a Senior Account Director, you will play a critical role within the business.

THE ROLE:

  • Manage and consult across 4 of their major tier 1 clients, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Provide strategic direction, always looking for new ways to maximise agency services and performance
  • Lead planning & workshop activities and new business pitches
  • Ensure campaigns and program deliverables/KPIs are met or exceeded including time management, budget, profitability and new business
  • Manage and mentor 1 junior direct report
  • Form the bridge between agency and external relationships such as creative, PR and freelancers
  • Constantly be keeping up to date with new industry initiatives, trends and subject knowledge

 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years as an Account Director or already a SAD
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, able to mentor and nurture less experienced team members
  • Previous or current experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical landscape
  • Proven success of scaling accounts, creating bespoke account roadmaps and identifying opportunities for new business
  • Previous experience in a leadership/manager role
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Able to juggle priorities, work in a fast paced environment and act as a key escalation point
