Are you ready to take the plunge and work for a boutique strategic communications, social media, events, and influencer engagement agency specialising in lifestyle and beauty and lifestyle? They have an enviable client portfolio (enquire within)!

The Role:

The agency are looking for a creative and passionate Senior Account Manager (PR & Social Media). Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with lifestyle and beauty clients. You will be a confident presenter and creative thinker who has detailed knowledge in these sectors as well as social media and influencer landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively lead multiple campaigns.
  • Be the key client contact across a variety of lifestyle and beauty brands.
  • Strategically create, schedule and report on social media content calendars to drive engagement and positive talk around clients’ brands.
  • Leading a team of juniors and being a large part of their growth in skillset, experience, PR and social media knowledge.
  • Contribute to the running of the business by suggesting changes including making changes to processes and structure as the Directors are always open to ideas!
  • Creative brainstorm sessions (often including homemade baked goods from the agency’s in-house team bakers).

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Existing key contacts and relationships within the media relations and influencer space.
  • Detailed understanding of the influencer and media landscape.
  • Ability to proactively pitch, develop strategy and build campaigns for clients.
  • Detailed understanding of the influencer and media landscape.
  • Powerful writing skills that will be attention grabbing to social media users.
  • Experience with scheduling tools including Later as well as Facebook Ads Manager to advertise social media content.
  • Think outside the box and be creative with solutions for clients.
