The Employer

Aquent are recruiting for a well-established, member-driven organisation who are going through a transformation from Google Marketing Platform to Adobe Experience Cloud.


They’re on the hunt for a Digital Performance Analyst to join their growing Digital Marketing team and work on some exciting projects & campaigns, gaining exposure to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Adobe Launch etc. It's a great opportunity to join a business that’s focus is delivering a better customer experience for their members and not profit-driven. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working.





  • Demonstrable experience (2+ years) using web analytics to deliver web measurement, conversion tracking and reporting
  • Open to candidates from a Marketing Campaign Analyst, SEO/Paid Search background within agencies or client-side who want to focus more on Analytics
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills incl. propensity modelling and predictive analytics
  • Understanding of Marketing and Comms solutions/campaigns e.g. eDMs, social, display, search, CRM, CMS
  • Knowledge of web personalization techniques and platforms, optimisation and data platforms
  • Experience with either GMP or AEC (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch / DTM, Google Data Studio etc..)
