The Role:

As part of the larger business services arm the senior marketing manager role sits within their industry marketing team, leading strategic marketing across the Energy and Natural Resources portfolio. This role suits an experienced marketer who enjoys taking ownership, defining and driving B2B marketing strategies, identifying thought leadership opportunities and building senior level stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting the annual and quarterly marketing strategy for the portfolio and key audiences based on data and insights
  • Defining appropriate objectives and metrics for marketing campaigns to support business goals
  • Set campaign objectives, content and channel strategies
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders i.e. Sales, Subject Matter Experts, Account Lead Partners, Corporate Affairs etc.
  • Leverage global and local campaigns from across consultancy that are relevant to target audiences
  • Ability to take a client centric view and define a clear approach to messaging to inform plans, value propositions and tactics is key to success.

You will bring:

  • A deep understanding of B2B Marketing with a minimum of 7 years demonstrated experience
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in order to clearly present a point of view with senior stakeholders
  • Bring proven ability to be able to communicate articulated marketing plans and strategies, marketing and communications briefs and content development.
  • The role requires the co-ordination of many elements and contributors to the successful implementation of marketing campaigns from across Brand & Marketing and the business. Effective project management to ensure appropriate, timely and efficient engagement is required.
