Job Description:

Working with Australia's leading petcare company, the Senior Performance Manager is a high-profile strategic position that develops and implements the digital growth plans for all brands within the diverse and varied business.


  • Create digital growth plans that deliver on the agreed eCom and Omni commercial outcomes for our clients brands
  • Deliver traffic orchestration between brand ecosystem, by managing Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, and Referral channels and relationships
  • Manager and guide the Digital Performance agency on the creation and optimisation of campaigns
  • Daily monitoring of Trade performance against agreed daily, weekly, and yearly targets and taking swift action leveraging your relationship with partners to develop plans to deliver our targets
  • Management of weekly and monthly reporting and status updates
  • Daily monitoring of digital analytics, aimed at providing ongoing insights to the Digital Growth & eCom team
  • Collaborate on forecasting digital demand and engaging with our Operations, Category, and eCom teams to ensure that our inventory is aligned to our demand
  • Together with our GM of Digital Growth and eCom, Digital Leadership team, and end to end partners, co-create and deliver our digital growth plans across our Paid Media and Organic channels
  • Develop and implement strategy to maximise traffic, revenue and ROAS from performance channels
  • Partner with agencies, channel, and media partners to develop and deliver performance media strategy and plans
  • Partner with eCom team and the wider Marketing function to develop and implement content-based SEO plans
  • Support Category teams to develop joint business plans with our key suppliers and deliver digital growth plans that maximise sales and vendor funding

Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Media (SEO management)
  • Experience with SA360 and Product Listing Ads
  • Experience in the Retail industry
  • Demonstrated relationship building with cross functional stakeholders (e.g. IT, Marketing, Product, Operations) and external providers
