Design Coordinator | 6 month contract | Taipei, Taiwan | English speaking essential

An American multinational technology company that specialises in consumer electronics, software and online services is looking for a Design Coordinator to be based in Taipai, Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information.
• Effectively manage and clearly communicate overall production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
• Coordinate and lead all meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on priorities and deadlines throughout the entire project lifecycles.
• Ability to proactively identify and solve for potential challenges in the creative and production processes. Ability to effectively manage expectations, when necessary.
• Work with key stakeholders and facilitate seamless communications both written and verbal in English.

• Knowledge of collaborative tools (ie. Slack, Quip).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
• Flexibility in schedule to be able to communicate and work with teams globally.
