Job Description:

Reports to: Art Director

Looking for a great Graphic Designer partners with art directors and copywriters to create digital designs for our our Customer Acquisitions channels such as, display advertising, emails and Social Media. The responsibilities of the role include graphic design tasks that help bring a project to life and see it through to delivery. The role requires a self-starter who collaboratively generates creative ideas and concepts based on project intent and has a keen attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques and also have experience partnering with other designers, writers and art directors to implement marketing campaigns. Ultimately, an excellent Graphic Designer will ensure that their work helps to promote the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.

Responsibilities

  • Create new Designs for a variety of channels including web email, display advertising, and social media.
  • Animation skill and some knowledge of designing for print and print production is a plus.
  • Effectively brainstorm with members of the Creative team to generate ideas and creative concepts.
  • Partner with writers and art directors in concept development to produce creative solutions that address business needs and strategy.
  • Understand branding and adapting brand standards.
  • Manage projects through the lifecycle of our workflow process.
  • Collaborate effectively with other internal partner teams to identify design and production-related problems and opportunities for improvement, a well as develop
  • and implement solutions.
  • Build flawless mechanical files for all types of marketing collateral in print, animation and digital media.
  • Experience reviewing creative proofs, press proofs, and online testing.
  • Be comfortable presenting the creative and creative strategy to internal stakeholders.
  • Be self-organized and able to manage multiple deadlines on concurrent projects.
  • Have great attention to detail and desire to problem solve.
  • Education and Experience


Qualifications
Communication and the ability to explain your creative process is very important for this role.


4-5+ years design experience.

Demonstrated experience using Adobe CC, including InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat and After Effects. Figma is a plus.

Experience with and an understanding of brand style guides.

Experience following specific design style guidelines and limits for marketing channels.

Digital and print pre-press and production knowledge would be beneficial.

Skills Required

An understanding of marketing channel limits and opportunities, and brand style guides.

Experience following specific design style guidelines and limits.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Creative and efficient design skills and strong concept development abilities.
