Job Description:

As part of the Digital Analytics team, the Digital Analyst is responsible for:

  • Guided by the Customer Insights & Analytics manager you will support the implementation of new digital and data analytics capabilities including the adoption of the Adobe Marketing Cloud to ensure value is realised by the business
  • Maintaining and customising a mature existing tag management implementation to facilitate the ongoing needs of marketing team via enterprise level platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Creating technical specification documentation of new analytics tracking requirements
  • Build and activate audience segments and workflow automation for campaign performance activities
  • Drive efficiencies in how analytical services are delivered, through automation and standardisation of delivery
  • Utilise operational CRM databases and the integration of data across touch points, including related data management and governance
  • Enable report visualisation capabilities to ensure digital data and findings can be easily understood and accessed by business users in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Excel etc.

Experience required:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and customising an existing tag management implementation to facilitate marketing reporting and activation via enterprise level platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to facilitate business decision-making with strong modelling skills and the ability to proactively tackle issues and opportunities from new and creative perspectives
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines with experience in value-based, agile delivery
  • 2+ years experience writing and debugging JavaScript and implementing tag-based enterprise Analytics platforms

This is an initial 6 month contract and offers a real opportunity for a digital analyst who has a couple of years experience under their belt to work alongside a collaborative mentor who will guide and hone your skills. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver analytical and data services to inform Marketing strategy and optimisation of marketing efforts through maintaining and ensuring the proper implementation of cross-platform and cross-device analytics solutions.

Working closely with the Customer Insights & Analytics Manager you will provide structured and data integration solutions to optimise marketing effectiveness and campaign return on investment. The role demands demonstrated experience and commitment to data governance best practice, marketing automation processes and data activation. From acquisition to retention, this role will transform the student experience by enabling data-driven insights that enhance customer journeys, contribute to the strategic development and delivery of personalised customer experience management and uncover new of opportunities to isolate, segment, engage and convert key audiences through digital and omnichannel data activation.
