What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 4+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web-based products or e-commerce preferred)
  • Must be proficient with analysing log files and standard debugging concept.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
  • Ability to work with high-value customer administrators and developers
  • Must have knowledge of and experience in incident, problem, and change management as well as knowledgebase management, defect & escalation management.

Qualification & Experience

  • Experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS and Jelly.
  • Experience working in Java or similar backend programming language
  • Experience and understanding of object-oriented design 
  • Knowledge of with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle
  • Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
  • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS
