  • Hands-on authoring of content updates via Adobe Experience Manager CMS, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage deliverables, and address defects, seeking relevant approvals as needed.
  • Manage end-to-end production, delivery, and release management processes, coordinating with release management and testing teams for overnight releases across development and production environments.
  • Support Senior Digital Producers and Digital Producers in their respective roles.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines, consistently delivering projects on time.
  • Offer innovative solutions to challenges, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Manage product catalogue feed into the CMS effectively.

Sydney based 3 days a week on-site 2 days WFH

Initial 6 month contract (High possibility for further scope)

We are seeking a Digital Producer with experience of working within an agile environment for an initial 6 month contract. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end production and delivery of Digital Operations programs within a cross functional Digital Squad environment. Your primary focus will be on managing Digital properties, acting as a subject matter expert for Digital production, actively participating in content creation, publishing, and collaborating closely with UX, design, content, development, and testing teams.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of changes into production while upholding quality standards and compliance requirements.

 

Other Requirements

  • Degree qualified (Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar.)
  • Strong hands-on CMS experience (Adobe experience manager and Sales Force Commerce Cloud highly regarded).
  • Experience working under Agile methodology.
  • Solid understanding of W3C and Accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams including liaising with UX, designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with end-to-end digital releases across development and production environments

Good to have

  • Exposure to Telco, IT, and a large/complex corporate environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital design and UX principles
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
