B2B Marketing Manager

12 month contract

Hybrid Working environment

Sydney based

Global Tech Platform

Responsible for all aspects of B2B marketing including driving digital marketing, identifying and sharing the right success stories, creating meaningful content, driving the right mix of events, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral.

Working closely with the APAC marketing team, local sales team and other cross functional teams to develop and execute the annual marketing plan for ANZ with a strong focus on the agency audience.


  • Responsible for B2B marketing initiatives to enhance the B2B brand to accelerate business growth and product adoption in ANZ
  • Develop and execute world class marketing strategy and communication for all products partnering with sales and other cross functional partners
  • Create innovative content to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques
  • Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance advertisers, agency partners and the industry’s understanding of digital marketing
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans including campaigns end to end management of events and always on content
  • Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities – transforming industry presence
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches
  • Exercise excellent judgment when it comes to identifying and negotiating sponsorship deals that will help to showcase the brand’s strength as a marketing platform and thought-leadership around technology, marketing science and consumer insights



Essential Skills and experience:

  • 8+ years experience developing industry leading marketing strategies/campaigns in a tech and/or advertising environment
  • Experience in building out B2B go-to-market strategies
  • Deep knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries in Australia and New Zealand
  • B2B sales Enablement experience
  • Event management experience – end to end campaign events and paid media
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Solid experience in creating and localising content for the Australian market
