About the Project:

Our client is looking for a Senior UX Researcher (Contractor) to join a 6-month project with a potential extension.

You’ll work on-site in Melbourne with a large higher education client to analyse their current navigation structure and identify areas for improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on how users experience this institution’s online presence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deep dive into the client’s current information architecture
  • Identify pain points and areas for improvement
  • Analyze the IA’s impact on user experience
  • Develop actionable recommendations for optimisation
  • Compile research findings into a clear and concise report
  • Collaborate effectively with the team product manager

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record of success as a Senior UX Researcher
  • Thrives in complex environments, ideally within an enterprise or consultancy setting
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Is a clear and concise communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders and navigate diverse personalities
  • Has a strong background in information architecture (IA) and/or user experience (UX) research
