B2B Campaign Marketing Specialist

  • 12 month contract
  • Sydney location
  • Hybrid 3 days in office

 

This is a fabulous opportunity to work with one of the world’s top business software companies, responsible for planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns for the Accounting Channel.

 

Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager of the Accountant Segment, you will work closely with the Marketing Managers responsible for Acquisition, and Lifecycle; to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives, and that campaigns are on time, on budget, and deliver the expected results

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, website, and events to drive engagement and sales
  • Create content for marketing communication, including advertising, social media posts, website content, downloadables, and other marketing materials
  • Define campaign targets, KPIs, and metrics to evaluate performance, conduct analytics, and refine strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistency in positioning, key messaging, and positioning of the brand
  • Identify and develop relationships with brand advocates, media partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, assess competition and consumer behaviour
  • Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools to optimise campaign outcomes.

 

Skills and experience required:

 

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing campaign experience is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms and related tools
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, strategic, innovative, and self-motivated with a passion for the customer experience
  • Strong organisational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail

 

Desired:

  • Accounting industry exposure would be an advantage
  • Virtual events/webinars experience is highly desirable
