  • Plan and manage strategies to drive retention, including campaigns to drive ongoing product activation, usage and next-best action
  • Identify high-risk churn customers and develop initiatives to engage and retain them
  • Develop educational content centred on products and key features, including webinars, articles and videos
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on retention strategies
  • Reporting and forecasting on attrition and active use
  • Work closely with Events, Expansion and Community teams to leverage opportunities to deepen customers’ product usage and engagement

  • Hybrid – 2 days a week in office / 3 days WFH

We are seeking an experienced Retention Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels based on behavioural insights and touch points, including onboarding and post-purchase journeys

Other Requirements

  • A collaborative, inquisitive person who brings extensive experience driving customer centric, data-driven retention lifecycle marketing strategies
  • B2B marketing experience within technology or SME target audience is highly desirable
  • Solid project management skills, highly organised to deliver projects by deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer data, including behavioural and attitudinal to lead decision making
  • Degree in marketing/business/communications
