Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Experience Designer to lead the design of a seamless customer migration. This role is pivotal in creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that align with the client’s brand’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Optimisation: Create and optimise migration and co-existence experiences that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and conduct workshops to gather insights.
- Strategy Translation: Translate complex business strategies into simplified, actionable design solutions.
- Prototype Development: Create prototypes using the design system to bring designs to life.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Experience Designer in large, complex enterprise environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-level thinking and design work.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and conduct workshops.
- Skill in translating complex business strategies into simplified processes.
