  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive small business subscription growth
  • Innovate on acquisition marketing strategies and tactics to extend reach and drive conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, display, video
  • Manage language localization for campaign activity
  • Analyze campaign performance, continuously test and optimize to improve ROI and conversion outcomes
  • Understand the end-to-end customer experience and the relationship to acquisition outcomes – including product, markets, purchase journey, and customer insights
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on tactics and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective

  • Hybrid – 2 days a week in office / 3 days WFH

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven marketer to join our marketing team and drive growth within the small business segment.

The role:

With a strong background in growth strategies, digital campaigns, and performance channels, you will be able to hit the ground running, finding opportunities to evolve and innovate on campaign strategy to drive growth. In the role you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that connect with SMBs around the world – including in languages other than English. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Design, and Localisation teams to launch campaigns that get results.

Other Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated marketing manager experience, with a focus on growth/ acquisition
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels to capture demand
  • Experience managing global campaigns for small business and/or consumer segments – understanding regional and cultural nuances
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to drive decision-making
  • A curious mindset, with a talent for innovating through rapid experimentation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment focused on growth
