Rare opportunity for a seasoned Communications Manager with strong internal and employee engagement comms exposure to join a leading global SaaS tech organisation, and take full ownership of the internal communications function.
Reporting to the Head of Comms, you will play a key role in driving internal communications initiatives for the business, along with overseeing key relevant events, campaigns
and also support lightly with external communications when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
– Managing the internal communications program, creating compelling narratives for employees and brand building.
– Developing assets for leadership teams and owning the Internal Digital Ambassador program.
– Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of corporate initiatives, news, and relevant updates.
– Generating reports on a monthly basis to the organisation and presenting them at quarterly business meetings.
– Supporting the Senior Communications Manager on external PR and influencer marketing efforts when required.
– Maintaining strong relationships with marketing segment leads and key individuals across customer success, product, etc.
Experience you will need to be considered for this role:
– Demonstrated experience driving communications projects for internal and employee engagement initiatives, with a clear track record of working with C-suite level executives and leaders to communicate key messages to employees.
– Prior experience delivering end-to-end internal communications campaigns or programs in-house.
– A solid understanding of measurements of success and being a skilled verbal and visual storyteller across various media.
– You are hands-on, data-driven, innovative, with experience consulting with senior executives for internal communications.
– Light experience in external comms and PR/media relations
– A passion for communication and unique creativity for the greater good of employee engagement.

The ideal start date for this role will be early January 2025, however there can be some flexibility here depending on candidate needs.
