- Develop strategies to drive integrated digital traffic via email, social media and search to the website, app and portals.
- Track conversion rates, making improvements to the website.
- Develop, manage, update and evaluate digital tools (mobile app, calculators etc).
- Run a managed schedule of regulatory, governance and investment updates on the website. Upload documents as required on the website for investments and governance purposes.
- Project manage the website rebuild (alongside the Head of Marketing) to improve the usability, design, content and conversion.
- Work with the digital agency to implement SEO optimisations
- Monitor agency performance in meeting KPIs and targets
- Working closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to drive member campaigns through the funnel by building CX and UX strategies, user journeys, designing customer-centric, quality experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty and deliver business value

Today they are proud of their successful growth, now a multi-industry super fund open to all, with specialisations in the recruitment, health, aged care and education industries.
The Digital Experience Manager (DEM) is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing the member and prospective member’s digital experience. This includes managing digital assets, shaping the user journey and content integration roadmap and fostering online engagement. The role encompasses the website, member and employer portals, personalisation strategies, SEO integration and performance reporting. In conjunction with the Head of Marketing, the DEM is expected to drive the organisation in optimising online member experiences while ensuring the performance and effectiveness of all member and prospective member platforms.
Other Requirements
- Experience developing holistic content strategies, and clear information architecture systems to assist the user experience.
- A thorough understanding of the product development and web content authoring process.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent grasp of website metrics and best practices.
- Ability to analyse data, competitive environments and to interpret market research, translating into viable campaign plans.
- Experience designing and building web page layouts; knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to think strategically to solve problems and make appropriate recommendations to the team.
- Strong project management skills.
- This role would suit a suitable qualified individual with approximately 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing / experience within the financial services or a highly compliant industry sector
