Senior UI Designer

Overview

Our client is seeking a talented Senior UI Designer in Melbourne to drive impactful user interface design there multiple products.

You’ll blend visual artistry with strategic product thinking to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead UI design across key product areas, from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define strategy and requirements.
• Apply user research and data to inform design decisions.
• Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency.
• Effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and stay current with design trends.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years UI design experience with a strong product-focused portfolio.
• Deep understanding of product development and user-centered design.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Proven ability in user research, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience with design systems and collaborative development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
