This expanding digital performance agency in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Senior Digital Account Manager. It’s a newly created role due to growth and an exciting opportunity for experienced AMs who have experience on the tools.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit team working alongside 3 other SDAMs and an Account Exec. It’s a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 remote) offering $100-110k + Super + uncapped commission (including comms for retention!).
Day to Day:
- Strategise, implement, monitor, and report on innovative digital performance campaigns.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, drive account growth, and manage budgets effectively.
- A hybrid role blending strategic account management with hands-on execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and executing performance marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Web Builds).
- A track record of successful client management, account growth, and budget oversight.
- Comfortable with both client services and being on the tools.
- Open to Senior Account Managers or Account Managers
