We’re partnering with one of Australia’s most exciting success stories in the e-commerce space. This business has seen massive growth in the baby product category and is now looking for a Social Media Lead to take their digital presence to the next level.

It’s a full-time, permanent role in the inner west of Melbourne with hybrid working and $105-115k incl Super.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the organic social strategy (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Be comfortable in front of the camera for ad-hoc videos and BTS content, working alongside the Founder and in-house videographer on lifestyle campaigns
• Influencer management (approx. 30-40% of the role), from micro-influencer outreach and UGC coordination to high-level negotiations with agents.

Experience:

• You have a proven track record of growing organic social channels (TikTok & Instagram) for a brand in a commercial environment
• Influencer experience is ideal but training can be given if needed
• You’re comfortable being on camera for ad-hoc content
• You can think strategically, but aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty shooting and editing content
• Data-driven, using social analytics tools to optimise campaigns
