The client recognised the significant premium — in money and management — it paid across an agency roster. Their needs also extended beyond cost to the growing pains of a constantly transitioning account staff, limiting flexibility in scale and who would work on account teams, the desire to take back control of the creative process, and a need to improve the speed to market for initiatives.
A team of four onsite contractors was initially brought onboard to assist with packaging design on select initiatives. Today, more than 20 full-time Aquent talent comprise an onsite and offsite presence, managing projects across the client’s global portfolio. Each year, the team executes 400+ packaging initiatives with services that span packaging design and production. Packaging projects range from high-level design for brand launches to product line adaptations and brand refreshes. The Aquent team also manages an array of branded design and production initiatives for POP displays, in addition to 3D modeling for planograms.
