Our client, a leading financial services clients, has an exciting opportunity for a Web & Email Production Coordinator for the Digital Marketing group. This position reports directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.
The Online Marketing group is responsible for building and maintaining critical prospect and client facing websites, developing and distributing electronic communications to prospects and existing clients, and delivering creative digital solutions to meet the needs of the institutional business. This position is critical to the success of Institutional Marketing and will serve to provide consistency to our web touch points. Coordinate and work with other business and technology departments to add new product and promotion information web sites for advisors.
ResponsibilitiesAll Email deployments for the group - Involves receiving original content from Marketing/Communications group re: Regulatory, Fixed Income Offerings, Account Acquisition, etc., HTML coding them, editing / proofing, and deploying using third party email distribution platformCoordinate and Maintain Content for Public and Private sites - Involves both handcoding of content (using proprietary html software tools) produced by others and working with technology developers to ensure timely posting of assets as well as entry of content into a CMS systemManage web production release cycles - review website updates in development, qa, and production environments; Requires: one late night per week to support site release launch
Manage the planning and production of small to medium size web projects
RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years web production/online marketing experience
