  • Always on media strategy and planning
  • Identify gaps in performance and come up with data-led decisions and strategies to increase key KPI performance metrics
  • Report up and out on campaign performance to ensure relevant teams have visibility into program performance & roadmap
  • Constant monitoring of channel trends especially on social and digital media across globe and competitive analysis
  • Budget and ROAS accountability
  • Support partnerships with publishers in line with locally aligned priorities as part of broader Test & Learn agenda 

Client Description

  • As a Media Manager, you will be part of a small team and responsible for supporting our advertising and media efforts in Australia.
  • You will collaborate with the teams both locally and WW as well as our our creative and media agency partners to help develop and implement campaigns, support optimisation of live campaigns, and share learnings that will help drive greater impact in market.
  • Other responsibilities include supporting the Media Manager with planning and measuring the performance of campaigns while identifying new opportunities and ways of working with key partners at digital platforms.
  • This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
  • You should be a strong strategic thinker, capable of seeing the bigger picture and orchestrating projects from brief to completion.
