Overview

 Lead Service Designer to join our team on a 6-month rolling contract, based in Sydney ( Warrane ).

SYD location with a Hybrid work arrangement for a 6-month contract, with the potential for rolling extensions.

Commencing in just 2/4 weeks, you’ll dive into an exhilarating project with a prominent Australian brand, driving the service design capability across a transformative initiative alongside a dynamic cross-functional team.

To be considered, you must:

✔️Possess proven experience as a Lead Service Designer.
✔️Showcase a robust portfolio or case studies highlighting your latest achievements.
✔️Demonstrate proficiency in navigating large enterprise environments, particularly within complex digital transformation projects.
✔️Embrace the opportunity to collaborate on-site 2 to 3 days per week.
✔️Hold full working rights in Australia.
