  • Hybrid 3 days in office

 

Work with one of the world’s top business software companies, supporting community engagement, advocacy and overseeing a diverse training program.

 

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with a background in community advocacy, training and development who is passionate about marketing and taking their career to the next level.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Training

  • Responsible for all aspects of group customer training including webinars and on-demand training
  • Develop new content for on-demand training and certification courses and ensure existing content is up to date
  • Work closely with Trainers to plan, record, edit and test new training content
  • Manage training webinars including driving engagement and Q and A on On24 platform
  • Support in-person training events where needed
  • Manage agencies to deliver video training content
  • Perform basic video editing skills

 

Community Engagement

  • Manage, engage and continue to grow our online community through the Influitive platform
  • Develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and advocacy
  • Build relationships with customers and drive customer advocacy
  • Monitor and report on community engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for the community
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on community feedback
  • Identify and recruit new advocates to join the community

 

 

Skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS product/B2B community management
  • Experience using the Influitive platform or similar community management platform (ZoHo, Zendesk, Kangaroo, ExpertVoice, Extole, Zuberance)
  • Experience managing webinars using Zoom Webinar, On24 or similar platforms
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
