Based in Melbourne

This is a fabulous contract opportunity to join a dynamic creative team and partner with the APAC Art Director, Operations Managers, and other Brand Operations counterparts to execute operational systems and process to deliver best in class campaign and creative work.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage projects against the Creative Studio Operating Model, ensure team is prepared to meet gates and deadlines
• Receive and process requests, manages schedules, assigns tasks and track the project progress, making sure the project is completed on time and to budget
• Manage day to day tasks, including feedback from Creative Leaders and key stakeholders
• Manage and deliver product engagement campaign, weeklies and creative request and deliverables
• Help ensure creative response is on brief and budget
• Manage creative partners and content creators working with the studio Information hub ensuring creatives have the latest materials and information and work closely with cross functional operations partners to enable the creative work
• Support resource planning, tracking, and reporting
• Support communication and collaboration with cross-functionals, Regional leads as well as individual market leads
• Facilitate, execute, and support adaptation of global campaigns for APAC markets
• Input creative updates into Project Management tool (Asana)
• Support agency, vendor, and third-party partner management, communications, and scoping
• Asset management and trafficking throughout post-production

Skills and Experience required:

• Min 4 years of experience in a creative studio/ brand environment managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines
• Proven experience in workflow management with ability to keep track of task dependencies
• Track record of managing multiple tasks, identifying priorities, and ensuring outcomes are achieved within appropriate deadlines
• Experience in Project Management software; Asana preferrable
• High level verbal, written and interpersonal
• Initiative to solve problems and issues in a mature manner and without direct supervision
• Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend knowledge is preferred
