Sales Operations Data Analyst

12 month contract

Sydney based : Hybrid

 

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SALES DRIVEN BUSINESS**

 

We’re looking for a highly experienced Sales Operations Data Analyst with strong commercial acumen to inform Sales Operation decisions by leveraging data-driven insights.

 

The Sales Operations Data Analyst role provides an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced and high growth Sales Operations organisation that spans a global customer base of +200 markets. This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations for Australia and our Rest of World markets

 

Sales Analytics key responsibility will be to deliver, single source of truth data, reporting, analytics and insights. Across all sales products to Sales leadership and their teams, to improve Sales performance through operational and product levers.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales data foundation / metrics / dimensions

  • Channel attribution with Product, Marketing, Finance
  • Planning Inputs / data feeds

 

Deliver Sales Performance Analytics

  • Global Sales leadership reports with drill down
  • Conversion rate optimisation
  • Commissions / Quota setting analytics
  • Consultant Compliance tracking for controls

 

Support Sales Ops and Product Capabilities

  • Sales efficiency Initiatives – Sizing, Measurement
  • Conversion rate optimisation (Ops, Product driven)
  • Test and learn setup for Agent / tool pilots
  • Pipeline Management and contact strategy

 

Essential Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years min as a Sales Data Analyst, Product or Operations Data Analyst
  • Advanced in analytical tools including SQL, Databricks to extract and transform data
  • Extensive working knowledge of BI Tools including Qlik Sense and/or Tableau
  • Advanced Excel and Salesforce experience including extensive reporting for sales agent performance, channel attribution, conversion rates, win rates, quota achievement etc.
  • Strong Data Visualisation skills extracting data from Salesforce
  • Strong business requirements gathering skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work with Sales and Product teams
  • Bachelor Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics Advanced Analytics or Finance.
