We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to play a key role in supporting and optimising their Marketing Mix Model (MMM). This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in SQL and Python, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources.
A deep understanding of MMM concepts and prior experience in MMM projects is essential. Additionally, since this role involves working with both Vancouver and APAC teams, the ability to start work at 8 AM some days to align with Seattle/Vancouver time zones is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, and Marketing) to identify relevant data points and coordinate timelines.
- Utilise SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including files, databases, and systems.
- Aggregate, cleanse, and format data while ensuring accuracy and consistency based on stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, ETL processes, and data dictionaries.
- Conduct data reviews and validation with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data definitions and accuracy.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing-related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Python for efficient data processing.
- Experience working with large datasets from various data sources.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Prior experience with MMM projects (e.g., data preparation, model interpretation).
- Ability to translate MMM results into actionable marketing insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
