  • Work closely with the Associate Director and executive team to develop and refine the marketing strategy.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, to achieve the marketing goals outlined in our strategy.
  • Lead the creation, approval, and publication of content across all marketing channels.
  • Manage relationships with marketing contractors and suppliers, including social media and digital marketing partners.
  • Collaborate with the National Customer Service Team and other departments to enhance and build a top-tier customer journey.
  • Analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, optimising for greater impact and effectiveness.
  • Extract key insights from marketing analytics to inform and improve future campaigns.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a talented marketing team to bring their marketing strategy to life. From ideation to execution, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns, ensuring content is delivered across all marketing channels with precision and creativity. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and creative problem-solving

Other Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Media, Commerce etc)
  • A strong, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on innovation, continuous improvement, and creativity.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Experience working with digital marketing and social media platforms, including managing external partners.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Analytical skills to monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance.
  • CMS experience highly valued – especially for Hubspot CMS
