The Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing projects from concept to completion while being the trusted lead contact for your clients. You’ll help shape campaign strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure creative excellence is always delivered on time and on budget.
Client Description
Client Management & Growth
- Be the go-to person for all things client-related
- Lead briefs, timelines, and estimates
- Nurture long-term client relationships
- Oversee delivery of multi-channel projects
- Lead meetings, WIPs, and communications internally and externally
- Spot and support new business opportunities
Financial Oversight
- Scope projects and create cost estimates
- Manage feedback and communicate scope changes clearly
- Track and forecast client revenue and retainers
- Partner with finance on invoicing and reporting
Strategic & Creative Collaboration
- Brief internal teams with clarity and intent
- Collaborate closely with creatives and producers
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations
- Use data and research to back creative decisions
Other Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar agency-side role
- A passion for creative strategy and visual communication
- Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills
- A sharp eye for detail and a love for bringing big ideas to life
- Experience working across design, video, digital or integrated campaigns
