We are partnering with one of Australia’s most exciting success stories in the e-commerce space. This is an amazing opportunity for a digital marketer who wants to take ownership of both digital and ecom for an expanding retailer in the baby products category.
You’ll join a small, close-knit team in a role that offers a progression path to management. It’s a full-time, permanent position in Melbourne’s inner west, with hybrid working and $105-115k incl Super.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the Shopify CMS—uploading content, launching new products, and managing promotional price releases with 100% accuracy.
- Creating and executing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), email/SMS (Klaviyo) and reporting/optimisation.
- Partnering with external agencies to improve site functionality and UX.
- Take ownership of outcomes, ensuring brand consistency and commercial accuracy across Ecom and Digital touchpoints.
Experience:
- Commercial experience with digital marketing and e-commerce is essential; training can be provided if you’re stronger in one area (Retail, Brand, or Agency background).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo or equivalent platforms is needed
- Generalist skillset. You understand how email, paid social, and UX work together to drive sales
- It’ll suit someone who’s proactive and agile, comfortable in a small, fast-paced retail environment
- Great communication skills and copywriting skills
