Hi, I'm Kate, the Talent Specialist for Human-Centred Design at Aquent Australia (onsite & remote). Roles include UX Design, Product Design, UX Research, CX Design, Service Design, HCD Consultants, Chapter Leads, UI Design / Visual Design and more! I feel fortunate to be in a role that is entirely dedicated to supporting candidates. This allows me to provide objective assistance with market insights, career progression and visibility of all available HCD roles within our Australian business. This holistic approach means our clients have access to all the best talent — it's a win-win and part of the reason our candidates regularly become our clients, and our clients become our candidates. I'm a passionate advocate for inclusive design, accessibility, and creating positive social impact.
Outside of work, you'll find me busy chasing after my toddler or cooking up a feast for my friends and family.
