Job overview

A warm hybrid desk is not something we ever shout about, but this is a busy desk and has evolved due to an internal move for one of our employees.

Working a hybrid desk, the opportunities lie with existing clients and candidate relationships and building out these relationships. This role needs someone with passion, drive and charisma; someone who doesn't shy away from speaking to new contacts or building connections. Instead, you will thrive on building your personal brand and profile within the marketing and analytics space.

We need someone who is solution-focused, a great listener but also understands the need to hustle and build their community. Your background will either be an experienced recruiter or you have worked in marketing but think recruitment could be “just up your street”. You will have the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of our areas of specialisation through extensive internal and external training. Personal growth is at the root of our business and an annual $8000 Employee Learning Fund is available each year for you to use for your career development.

We offer a remote working opportunity but based in Australia with the option to work from home and/or a shared flexible working space. We do pay towards some of your home office costs.
