  • You will be part of establishing and implementing data segmentation to support campaigns under development
  • Act as the primary point of contact and scope general business processes relating to marketing automation
  • Work closely and proactively with the digital and online content team to solve issues relating to process improvement and ensuring there is continuous innovation and improvement in this space relating to optimising the client experience
  • Provide advice on policy and processes relating to managing the prospective enquiry experience and content management
  • Conduct business analysis making recommendations on how to optimise CRM marketing activity.

The Segmentation specialist plays a critical role in applying expertise & knowledge of our clients data structures and business to identify and select using the OneCRM (Salesforce) platform relevant audiences for phases of business campaigns to ensure the delivery of user-centric, relevant communications which meet stakeholder business objectives.

This is an analytical data insights driven role which will suit a CRM Analyst or Digital CRM marketer with demonstrated experience operating in a digital analyst or performance capacity.
