Senior UX/UI Designer

Overview

Location: Melbourne or Sydney, Australia

Duration: ASAP start – End of September with a possible extension.

My large corporate client in the Fintech space is seeking a dynamic Senior UI/UX Designer to join the team on a contract basis until the end of June with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and advocate for innovative design solutions.

You will have:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Showcase a robust portfolio or case studies highlighting your latest achievements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating large enterprise environments.
• Embrace the opportunity to collaborate on-site 2 to 3 days per week.
• Hold full working rights in Australia.
